The Offer to Purchase - After all parties are in agreement, you will need to select the institution best suited to your financial needs. After the application is made, the lender will order the appraisal, credit report, verification of employment, and anything else necessary for your approval. When your loan is approved, other documents necessary for closing, such as the preliminary title inspections, pay-off statements, and deed will be ordered.
